[問題] 我同學可以下載 但無法上傳???

今天第一次架站   我是用serv-u的

我上傳區的 讀取 寫入 續傳 列出(不知道幹麻的) 套用子目錄

這幾項都有打勾

但我同學可以下載東西  但卻無法上傳

他的電腦顯示
Request denied.
Verify that the file or folder exists and that you have
have the necessary permissions on the server to perform
 the requested operation

請問這是什麼意思????
