 Medico-Legal problem (如果確定)
    咬人(injury)，sepsis之後沒有死---告訴乃論---傷害罪 七年以下
                                死---公訴---傷害致死 七年以上

 如何在Autopsy中確認cause of dead是因為Sepsis
   (1)確認skin上的傷口是ante- or post-mortem(不管是fresh or old最好都切片)
   (2)ＤIC的確認，不要和petechia搞錯(找微血管最多的地方例如：臉)
　 (3)器官：脾臟變大
　 (4)Sepsis在病理上要注意的地方
　   --- 早期(Hyperreactive)：inflammatory cell都有
     --- 晚期(Hyporeactive)：剩下macrophage系列(把其他的都清掉)
   (5)Toxicology還是要做
   (6)Culture

  確認因果關係
   (1) Culture的結果
       (1.1) 要符合Koch’s Rule。
       (1.2) 要確認是Specific or Non-specific
       (1.3) 要符合SOP
   (2) 解釋culture的結果要有Criteria
       (2.1) Continuity of Time
       (2.2) Severity of Injury
       (2.3) Medical Relationship
       (2.4) Status of Host (underlying disease, 是否immune compromised)
