晚上10點以後不吃東西
肚子餓的話就忍到隔天早上再吃大餐

練習講幾個好笑的笑話
還有好幾個很棒的故事

出國自助旅行一趟
時間再短都沒關係

最後
希望今年能找到XX
願上天賜給我們相遇的緣分、相擇的智慧與相守的勇氣
