Federer to skip Marseille Open

MARSEILLE, France, Jan 21 (Reuters) - World number one Roger Federer will skip
next month's Marseille Open, organisers said on Friday.
The 2003 champion, currently going strong at the Australian Open, does not want
to play tennis the week of February 7, organisers said.
Britain's Tim Henman, Spain's Juan Carlos Ferrero and Argentines Guillermo Cori
a and David Nalbandian are expected at the 510,250 euros ($662,900) indoor hard
court event.
