        她偷偷和醫生說希望可以不留紀錄地在引產時結紮。

        此時醫生面對的就是ethic of care vs. ethic of justice。
        按照ethic of justice，偷偷進行手術是不道德的；
        按照ethic of care，醫生的天職是解除痛苦，看著孕婦受煎熬是不道德的。
