[HWB] 菊地獲上週HWB Players of the Week

   如題，菊地獲選為上一週夏威夷冬聯的最佳球員，一同獲選的還有夏威夷
   地選手Rodney Choy Foo跟巨人的龜井，這也是火腿三人組中第一次有選手
   獲選，以下附上官網中關於菊地的部分：

   Kazumasa Kikuchi was named Pitcher of the Week. In two appearances
   this week, Kikuchi went six innings, allowing only six hits and no
   walks while striking out five. He picked up a win in relief on
   November 7 versus the CaneFires.

   Kikuchi, a prospect from the Hokkaido Nippon Ham Fighters, is 1-2
   on the season with a 2.89 ERA. He has struck out 17 while only
   walking three.
