之前整理過打擊的
現在再整理一些投球相關的
我大概看過一次了
順序整理過應該沒有大問題(順序有誤再跟我講吧~)
按照順序一個個看應該蠻完整的
大致分兩部份
前者是基本投球教學
後者為投手上丘相關教學
