[徵才]Compliance assistant, 3~4 months intern

Job description:

1.      Registration business persons for company,
2.      Helping review routine marketing materials,
3.      Helping to registered inbound/outbound official letters to /from regulators,
4.      Helping compliance monitoring program(PA trading, gift and entertainment, AML, etc.)

For legal:
1.      Helping to revise offshore funds' Chinese version prospectus and IIS (investors information summary)
2.      Helping to revise different documents on an ad hoc base followed local legal's instructions
3.      Helping filing legal documents

Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above, have knowledge of AML.
Detail oriented and proactive.

Salary : NTD 24,000 TO 30,000 per month, depends on experience.
