可能是我離台固機房比較近，並且使用非台固的華信替代線路，是純台固線路 ADSL

覺得你可能是家裡銅纜有問題，
因為據我所知台固的華信替代線路，
是走華信室內電話線(銅纜)至華信機房，
華信機房再集一堆台固的華信替代線路透過大頻寬線路集中送至台固機房，
台固機房在上Internet。

因你是台固的華信替代線路所以向台固報修，而台固向華信報修。

推 bailan:台固自有電路的ADSL是開fast channel模式嗎?
推 pttchang:是一般ADSL，但台固機房在樓上而已，可能是這樣造成吧
推 bailan:我是說ADSL裡面有fast channel和interleaved channel，前者
→ bailan:ping的request time比較低，後者比較高，但是後者好像在線
→ bailan:路干擾或是狀況比較差時，傳輸比較不會出問題
→ bailan:cht都是開後者，所以ping的request應該不會低於20ms左右
推 pttchang:一般ADSL用戶申裝單中應該沒有這選項，這應該是台固機房
推 pttchang:內設定，一般用戶可以自由選擇嗎？
推 pttchang:還是看各公司對此的政策？如你所說CHT是採fast channel

→ bailan:cht是interleaved channel,台灣好像都是看電信公司，沒的選
→ bailan:要看是哪種的話進ATU-R，像是Alcatel ST340主畫面會分別有
→ bailan:down/upstream  fast/interleaved channel,哪組有速率就是
→ bailan:用哪組。 ar4031b的話是主畫面的type那行有寫。 一般台灣
→ bailan:都沒辦法自己選擇所以也比較少人注意這個，對岸有些地區可
→ bailan:以找電信公司改。 interleaved好像是因為有糾錯的功能，
→ bailan:所以request time會比fast來的慢一些
