[問題] 翻書效果中增加頁面問題

最近要做翻書的project
找到了一個很棒的語法

其中可是在增加頁面時
有一項指令我怎麼試都搞不清

1. If you want a new page, DUPLICATE on of the templates
(depending on what side your page will be).
2. Edit the content of the layer "content".
3. Export your new page (Library/linkage),
   and don't forget to uncheck "Export in first frame",
4. then copy an instance to the exported items!
   (Main timeline/Layer: exported/ frame 4)
5. The last step, is to change the page data
    (layer actions/frame5/from from line26

其中的第四項copy an instance to the exported items...
這一句  我始終不知道要copy什麼  然後貼到exported itmes的哪裡
所以  請各位高手指導  謝謝大家!

我現在用的是flash professional 8
