string.substr(4,6)可以擷取string中的第5個字  從第5個字開始算起的6個字
都會被擷取

可是
使用 loadVariables("topic.txt", _root.text)
無法直接採用substr()

如何把loadVariables("topic.txt", _root.text)的內容 存入一個字串呢?
