彩虹雪位於東門路二段，靠近富德街與崇學路附近，
是一家有著超大型看板的雪花冰店，
每次經過時都被這大紅色的看板燈給吸引了目光

走進彩虹雪左側的牆上有大型的產品雪花冰型錄，
組合多達數十種，令人目不暇給

製作區放著各式飲料、冰品工具，工作人員進進出出地感覺相當忙碌

內用空間為長條形，桌數不算多，氣氛設定為有些昏暗的感覺

內用區掛了一幅產品解說與店面的故事說明，
左上角寫著台南雪鍋，本以為是改過名字，查了一下才知道是公司名稱

菜單的部分總共有為兩面，正面是雪花冰的餐點，組合餐有30個種類，
也可以自選冰底再加配料：背面則是甜湯類、飲料類，
還有鍋燒意麵（點圖可以放大菜單）

香蕉牛奶雪 NT. 70，原味牛奶冰底的雪花冰，淋上一絲一絲的巧克力醬

香蕉船 NT. 88，有點像是上面的香蕉牛奶雪的豪華版，
冰底一樣是牛奶雪花冰，上面差了四根脆笛酥以及五彩球餅乾

配料的部分多了芒果凍，香蕉的量也增加不少

哈密瓜純雪+自選配料 NT. 75，因為在菜單上看到哈密瓜口味，
但沒有組合餐點，所以只能自選四種配料。冰底吃起來就是哈密瓜口味，
但人工甘味的感覺相當重，站長實在無法駕馭...
