這是我花了整晚都弄不懂的一句話
字典也翻了 單字也查了
還請各位幫忙

想請問如何翻譯?
這邊qu'implique的 que 的用法很奇怪
因為我知道 que+s.而 qui+v.
這邊怎麼會 que+v.??
impliquer 的主詞又為何??
