icmp 有很多 type
以下供參考
$IPFW add allow icmp from me to any icmptypes 8 out via $EXTIF # echo request
$IPFW add allow icmp from any to me icmptypes 0 in via $EXTIF # echo reply
$IPFW add deny icmp from any to any
