Do not use make world: A lot of older documentation recommends
using make world for this. Doing that skips some important steps
and should only be used if you are sure of what you are doing. For
almost all circumstances make world is the wrong thing to do, and
the procedure described here should be used instead.

你要做的是安裝新 kernel:

如果你用 freebsd-update 更新的話, 看它下載的檔案, 有時候是連 kernel
都不用動到的; 如果下載的檔案, 都跟 kernel 無關, 就不用動到 kernel。
