我沒用過 8.0，
現在還是 7.2-STABLE。
以往遇到這問題是先停掉 ppp，
然後 ifconfig tun0 down
ifconfig tun0 destroy
確定 ifconfig -a 看不到 tun0 了再啟動 ppp，
不然它會開一個新的 tun1 來撥接，
我 pf 的設定是寫死 tun0 會跟不到。
不過以前打 ifconfig tun0 destroy 有一定的機率會 kernel panic，
當時好像是 FreeBSD 6.x 的年代，
而且 STABLE branch 常常有 PPPoE 的地雷讓人沒辦法撥號，
7.x 以後就感覺穩定多了。
