[問題] First Trade操作上的問題

想把在First Trade購買的基金贖回,
我選擇Estimated total amount,
但是在Redeem的時候出現下列的錯誤訊息:

This account does not have sufficient shares to cover this sale.
Please review the account holdings for number of shares, account type and/or
open orders.
Should you have any questions, please call customer service.


請問一下要怎麼成功地贖回!
