中技社自去年伊始，轉型朝智庫方向發展，針對國內具前瞻與急迫性的能源、環境及經濟
發展議題，以開放與中立的態度，邀集國內外專家進行研究探討，建構匯聚實務經驗與專
業資訊的智庫平台。過去已針對環境認/驗證、二氧化碳捕捉與封存、生質能、能源稅、
物質流、淨煤技術、企業社會責任、環境永續指標、溫室氣體減量等議題研討，並獲得廣
大迴響。
今年下半年，本社針對「工業區再造與產業及區域發展」及「土壤及土地管理」二大議題
，邀集產官學研相關專家進行研討，已獲初步成果，將於今(96)年10月23-24日(星期二、
星期三)，假國立台灣科技大學國際大樓1樓101會議室(臺北市基隆路4段43號，位置圖如
附檔 )舉行為期二天的研討會，會中並將邀請四位國外及多位國內專家學者提出報告，就
實務與學理兩方面進行交流。在此，誠摯地邀請您撥冗與會，與我們分享您的經驗與見解
。
