本所學生若於95.3.1~96.11.6出國參與各種國際學術交流活動者，

請惠填附件之「學生國際學術活動表」，

於96.11.6前回覆，俾登錄台大國際學術交流系統，

不知經費來源者，請直接填寫「其他」。

爾後，如有任何國際學術交流活動，亦請隨時填送，謝謝。
