【思路】
(1)當有一個地區是41, 表示剩下的5個區域=75-41=34
故41的那個區域就會是greatest
當A=9時,這34可以分配給剩下的區域 EX: (9,8,7,6,4) 符合題目要求 但A小於10
當A=11時,則可分配成(11,8,7,6,2) 符合題目要求 但A至少等於10
所以(1)不充分

這裡我想問，照這個思路來想， 那A=10時，我也可以分配成ex:(10，9，8，4，3)
這樣答案不就充分了嗎? 這題我實在想不通。
