我是選C 可是答案給E 現在傷咖不能看 有去CD看 不過給的解釋很模糊

似乎覺得這題應該要用if only

而且我覺得C的 duplicated facilities 和 E的 the duplication of facilities

是一樣的東西 不選E的原因是覺得太複雜

請問有人可以解釋一下這題if only because 的用法嗎
