這題答案是C
主要出現兩票人馬在做對抗:
(1) owners of stores that sell video games
(2) owners of video rental stores (文章的stores that rent video games)
文章主要是說:
owners of stores that sell video games 害怕 stores that rent video games
出租遊戲以供家庭使用, 所以就遊說立法,
依照適用於video的法條(電影上映一年後才可租借video),
遊戲也要上市販售一年後才可以在店內租借家用
問題是在問:
哪一個選項支持owners of video rental stores 的反對:
"video出租的法條不適用於games出租上"?
所以題目應該是 "Weaken題",
要weaken的是owners of stores that sell video games的言論...
我是這樣看題目的: support a objection 是 "正負得負"-- 所以是WEAKEN題
答案的話, 我認為是要選Argument中有 "Faulty analogy"的概念的內容: 即"games"的情況不能和"videos"的情況比較!!
(C) 選項有在說明兩者情況不同,不可以相提並論, 反對了owners of stores that sell video games 的言論...
