[問題] 兩個文法問題

        困擾我好久 ><

        1.老莫說過
        which如果作non-restrict  可以指代整句話
        但是事實上大陸的PP語法解答
        裡面又有說  which不能指代整句???
        所以正確答案到底是行還是不行??


        2.
        有關比較的問題
        We have got more money than needed for the plan.
        為何不是
        We have got more money than is needed for the plan
        請問than後面到底是該怎麼判斷??
