加上 equal to 通常是用在 數字加減運算上
例如: three plus two equals to five (3+2 = 5)
: (D) as many as the enrollment of
: (E) as many as are enrolled in
: 知道A D 都是因為 比較不同類所造成(people & enrollment不同類)
: 但實在不知道 B 和 C 的錯點在哪裡
