我也是弱弱的小咖...
這個我覺得這樣說是對的
但一開始我的判斷方法是
應該是要 create 一個 "network" for marketing uti.... 這樣說才合理
但A選項是
create 一個 "marking network" 然後後面還又接了一個名詞 形成超詭異的句型
[ V + N + N ]
而且通常有as這麼明顯對的表時間的方法就盡量少選with + Ving吧
應該拉...

這個他後來改成whereas了,要不要平行我不知道XD
但我覺得D選項也是讀起來會有歧異
要表達的應該是德國的電力有33%以上都是核能發電
但D可能變成"法國有33%以上的電力是來自德國的核能發電"
也是應該拉...
