答案是B 但我對題目有一點模糊
題目說 在M高速公路3%的駕駛人裝有雷達 接著說33 percent of all vehicles
這是指在3%有雷達被開單的33%嗎??? 換句話說有雷達車的有67%沒有被開單
可以解釋一下A和B嗎 我大腦打結了
