請問上面這句，後面的結構算是同位語嘛?
因為中間沒有連接詞只用逗號連接?
我選的答案是with the intent of ensuring that at least one nurse is assigned for
every four patients 這題錯誤是在於這句會變成修飾nurses嗎?
