to the nearest 1,000,000,000 is 43,000,000,000, while the population of this
area, when rounded to the nearest 1,000,000 is 860,000,000. Is 人均ＸＸ
within $5 of $500 in this area?
大陸人說 :
43,000,000,000可以是大於等於42500，000，000小於43500,000,000之間的數近似出來的
；同理860,000,000也是大於等於855,000,000小於865,000,000
我的算法:
rounded to the nearest 1,000,000,000 應該是某數前後加減500,000,000
所以43,000,000,000可以是大於等於42,500，000，000小於43,500,000,000之間的數
可是!!同理
rounded to the nearest 1,000,000 is 860,000,000
所以應該是860,000,000 "前後加減 500,000"
所以我球出 860,000,000以是大於等於859,500，000小於860,500,000之間的數
跟大陸人解的不一樣也!!!
有人跟我想的是一樣的嗎??
