根據美加的粉紅色書說:
rounded to the nearest N位數 = 就是四捨五入到N位數
換句話說 rounded to the nearest 100 = 四捨五入到百位數 (也就是depend on十位數)
所以原題: rounded to the nearest 1,000,000 (就是depend on 500,000 )
不就是 860,000,000以是大於等於859,500，000小於860,500,000之間的數
其他人有別的看法嗎??
