The Calex Telecommunications Company is planning to introduce cellular
telephone service into isolated coastal areas of Caladia, a move which will
require considerable investment.  However, the only significant economic
activity in these areas is small-scale coffee farming, and none of the coffee

我可以理解A的原因 不過B似乎也說得通
因為那邊沒室內電話 所以手機在那邊就會有很大的市場

C我也有考慮 手機公司可以在少量客戶的地方生存下來 似乎有點道理
只是我想說Caladia這地方的市場可能真的很小 即使是手機公司也活不下來

其實我選的是E 因為我想說在Caladia附近的環境應該都差不多
他能在附近獲利 應該也能在Caladia賺錢
不過我好像犯了自行假設題目的錯誤 orz
最主要還是B 為什麼B不行 是因為題目根本沒提到室話 所以跟室話無關嗎
