證據:
1994年, 危害物:90 pounds/每位工人
1995年, 危害物:40 pounds/每位工人
1995年跟1994年,減少了50 pounds!!所以看數字應該是達到成效,
作者結論說:沒有達到目標的指控是錯誤的!!
所以我們要幫作者找假設,來支持其說法:
出題是數字,前提數字要有意義,考點E指出工人人數一定要相同
危害物總量=平均每一工人的危害物量x工人數
選項E要成立
1994年分配噴射客機的生產工人人數並沒有非常低於前一年(1993年)
檢查:如果選項E取非
則1993年的工人人數遠低於1994的話,光看the amount of hazardous waste是有問題的
因為危害物量變低的原因,非常可能是因為1994年工人人數是低的
相當而然,人少當然廢棄物會變低的
