選項A的問題:
1. ",making it...,"這句逗號相隔的句子是補充,要找其修飾的對象,
發現歧意,修飾S=immigrants
2. that的用法:排除關係代名詞,因為"a United States citizan hold gold..."是
完整的句子;因為that不是帶出主詞或受詞關係子句
那會是連接詞嗎??that的代名詞用法參考google字典解釋:
如果that這裡是作為連接詞,則解釋了為何接了一完整句子

所以當連接詞錯誤;而且發現應該要解釋說明imprisonment,
