that子句內的結構如下
that change in women's economic condiftion , though ..., remains ...
關代 + 名詞 + 修飾語 , (插入語) , 動詞
因為change是單數的名詞，所以remain要加上s，
接著大結構是Open acknowledgement (修飾語) was too radical ... , and B's
conclusion was particular ...
