C說X-rays were reviewed 但是他沒有說是第一次還是follow-up x ray
如果是第一次的x ray經過一堆醫生的背書 是支持follow-up x ray浪費錢
可是如果是follow-up x ray 代表他也已經照了第2次的ray
我這樣想有錯嗎
還是我自己沒看懂哩
