個人的想法，不一定對，僅供參考
(A)選如果是：more Icelanders publish books than do the people of ...
(C)選如果是：Icelanders publish more books than do the people of ...
那我會覺得超難選，雖然兩者的句意看起來有差別，但似乎都通，我的程度分不出哪
一個比較好
可是如果把per capita加進去，(A)的句意就變成異常的奇怪
more Icelanders publish books per capita than...，這樣不是很怪嗎？
如果沒有看不出來哪裡怪，換成數學式看一下
per capita在這的訊息是要比 books / people
(C)給我的感覺就是這個式子除出來後，books是比較多的
而(A)則是除出來以後，people是比較多的，好像比較不通吧
所以我不會選A
這題應該是GWD的題目吧？GWD的題目沒有標準答案，所以我想的也不一定對
如果你肯把你排除C的理由提出來，那應該有其他強者可以給你更好的破題建議
