其實我覺得這題只要看整篇reading最後一段就好，前面可以全部skip：
因為
(1) sweet potato is a staple of the region's diet and agriculture
(2) varieties currently grown contain little beta-carotene
所以作者conclude "this plan has good chances of success"
現在問題問以下那個選項最能支持plan will succeed
所以應該要找一個可以支持或加強1 or 2論點的選項
E很明顯就是第二點的衍生，
目前種植的品種不但只有一點點beta-carotene
想推行的新品種SPK004更含有所有舊品種的養分
所以support推行SPK004論點
D不一定適合，畢竟最好不一定最適
(如果SPK beta含量高但缺少鎂鋅銅錳但豈不是虧大了 O_O!!)
