要搞難一點的話，可以思考 prevent及inhibit這兩個動作的連結，要用and或者or
印象中OG有類似的題目是說兩個動詞是可以並存的用and，互斥的用or
不過這題如果朝這個思路去想的話，會很棘手
我自己是說不太明白prevent跟inhibit有什麼不同，希望有強者可以開示一下
DE決選我會用排除法，D選項中的possible是形容詞，故之後接的preventing&inhibiting
是做為名詞
SC考點裡有一條，是有正常名詞形式的字，少改為動名詞
又E選項中的possibly是副詞，故之後接的preventing&inhibiting是做為動詞
SC考點裡也有一條，是優先選用動詞表達者
所以比較後我會傾向選E
