[語文] 如何還原本句

   A study on couples' retirement transitions found that women who took
   new jobs after retiring from their primary careers reported high marital
   satisfaction, more so than those who retired completely.

我的問題是, 我知道so= satisfaction
如果句子只是
 ...that women who ....reported high marital satisfaction than those who...
 這完全沒疑問
 但它打了一個逗號,加入more so....
 若我還原...satisfaction, which is more so than those........
 which= satisfaction =so....語意很怪而且跟those比較不同類
 想請問這句到底該怎樣正確還原

 而且句意上higher已經比較了幹嘛還要more so???

 希望有強者能解惑.....thx

推 pentimento:前半句中是 high ，不是 higher，這樣懂了嗎？
推 mildmist:句1:that women reported high marital satisfaction.
推 mildmist:句2的so應該不是satisfaction
→ mildmist:句2可能是:which is more the women reported than those
→ mildmist:who retired completely reported.
推 mildmist:is要拿掉，但是不很確定是否完整還原，希望有人可以指教
