答案A
1400 x 42% = 588 人 they considered engaging in research an essential goal.
然後解答就寫 588 x women比例（50/100 )=參加女人的比例 這步我不懂...
我以為是
由（1) 得知 36% x 全部參加研究的男人＋50% x 全部參加研究的女人 = 588
由（2) 帶入 36% x 全部參加研究的男人 = 288
因此可求出全部參加研究的女人
