把整句化成最簡單的形式來看
A was Vpp and B __ Vpp.
如果這種句子要平行
一定是要有be動詞在空格當中
要刪掉be的寫法應該會變成
A was Vpp; B, Vpp.

這就是寫這句話的人自身的邏輯了
他覺得後面這件事先發生過了 我們也沒辦法管他...XD
總之其他都錯
也就只能選B囉
