以前可能這些買雜誌的錢，會平均分攤給每個病人後，向保險公司請款
但現在保險公司說no，說要買雜誌是你家的事，我支付的保險只涵蓋實際醫療行為的費用
像是醫生看診的鐘點費，或藥品的費用
(這個例子可能舉的不是很對，因為沒有再醫院工作過，所以實際運作可能不是這樣，但
這題的意思大概是這個樣子）

這題是conclusion類型
簡單的區分方式是，若是問 "哪個選項support題目"，就是support類型
若是問 "題目support哪個選項"，就是conclusion類型，兩者不可混淆
然後，conclusion類型正解的原則是：不可超出原題範圍，不可違背原題，不可加入個
人主觀意見
