1.過去SH與PG鄰近地區的房價相似,不代表永遠都會一樣。
可能是SH有甚麼改變了...像是便利的交通網啊,居民福利提升等等...造成住屋
需求成長,價格也飆升
2.SH的房地產價格成長不見得就是overprice,要從供給及需求來衡量,搞不好以後會更高
3.即使SH的房地價格被高估了,也不能就說買PG的房子就好,說不定PG自己的價格才是被
高估咧,或是不買在SH也可以買在其他的地方,誰說一定要買PG
