但是展開之後就會變成：

  one of the simplest               arts  AND
  one of the most gratifying of the arts

上面平行的後半部，不是明顯多出了 of the 嗎？而且這個地方的 art 是可數
名詞：字典上解釋如下：

  art:
   (C) (專門的) 技術, (特殊的) 技藝
   the healing ~ 醫術
   industrial [useful] ~s 工藝
   the ~ of building [war] 建築 [戰] 術

想不出來為什麼需要一個定冠詞，而成為 the arts？

而答案 (B) 看起來沒有最高級平行，但是若原意本來就只要兩組形容詞平行呢
？也就是

  Cooking is one of the simplest arts  AND
  cooking is one of gratifying   arts

合併之後，就會成為
  Cooking is one of the simplest AND
                    gratifying       arts

這樣答案就是(B)。

原 po 所附的討論串中幾乎一面倒地都選 (A)，但是怎麼看都覺得 (A) 有上述
的錯誤，因此自己的看法是 (B)。

這題並無 OA，不知眾家高手的意見如何？

→ tootoobenee:名詞，這樣平衡結構就會出問題，答案B是形容詞的平衡
