我覺得答案為D，倒不是因為時態的問題，因為with the cost of wireless service
plummeting的ing，其實說明了過去一年價格都在掉(等于是完成式)
通常SC的錯誤答案至少有兩個問題，這題的第一個錯誤是兔大說的以While開頭有
contrast的含意，下半句跟上半句彼此對立，但更明顯的錯誤應該是parallelism，因為
題目闡述手機價格下降跟使用者日益增加這兩個現象導致越來越多人選擇在晚上跟周末打
電話，D 選項：with the cost of wireless service plummeting跟（with）mobile
phones becoming increasingly common是平行的，但是E選項：has plummeted跟are
increasingly common卻不是平行的，後者必須改成have become increasingly common才
會平行，所以答案應該是D。
