個人潛見 有誤請高手更正
1. 16x is an integer 我會假設此整數是最小的1 得到x=1/16=0.0625
但integer可能更大 所以x>0.0625 不可知tenths digit是否不為零
2. 8x is an integer 同上 得到x>0.125 可知tenths digit必大於1
所以可知不會是零
所以我會選B 請指教
