想請問 "the fact that..." or "the fact is that..."
什麼時候可以當做wordy?
以前我一直都認為the fact that 或是 the fact is that這種寫法就是wordy
看到就直接刪除了= =

查了OG12-57的E選項

That educators have not anticipated the impact of

microcomputer technology can hardly be said that it
---------------------------------------------------

OG詳解是說 "The fact" is wordy;

但是在OG12-83正確B選項

也是有個the fact that
所以顯然是不是一個很好用很保險的考點
想請問在什麼樣的條件下 可以判斷下結論the fact...wordy?
