本題答案是C沒有錯.
發問的同學選項敘述沒有看清楚，C選項是說1980到1986年之間，十八歲應徵入伍
(recruited)的人裡面高中畢業生(high school graduates)的百分比大幅度增加(rose
sharply)。
如此就證明軍隊徵召和輟學率沒有關連性，所以weaken原先敘述的因果關係。
