題目繞了這麼多 其實只是說
standard metholds --> effective --> % 下滑
non standard --> non effective --> % 上升
--> conclusion: effective treatments (= standard method)
now < 10 years ago
某數字比例減少 不代表這數字本身減少
除非確定母體 (在此題就是 money on x) 沒增加
所以答案正好呼應此論點........
GMAT 在邏輯還有數學部分 非常愛考比例和實際數字的問題
做題目時千萬要弄清楚自己做的是比例還是數字
