這句, including就是形容詞片語修飾名詞remedies

: 這邊的spending修飾前句的受詞doctors
這句其實是表達延伸說明的概念
spending是副詞片語修飾動詞see，所以doctors做see這個動作，spending這個動作的邏
輯主語就會抓修飾動作see這個動詞的邏輯主語，也就是doctors, 所以兩句還原如下：
1. doctors see more patients.
2. doctors spend less time with each.
第二句對第一句表達延伸說明解釋的概念，醫生看更多病人，接下來對每個病人花的時間
就減少了。
