: 照Ｂ的敘述，市民就沒有誘因在特別帳戶存款，存款也不會增加。

: 答案是Ｄ，但是Ｂ看起來也很合理，想請問錯在哪？
你應該要看到的重點只有以下兩句：
- as part of a plan to encourage citizens of Levaska to
increase the amount of money they put into savings,
- Millions of dollars have accumulated in the special accounts,
so the government’s plan is obviously working.
注意「特別存款中已有大量的儲金證明吸引更多當地的儲金」。
然後再來看b跟d選項
b選項之中，說的是長期免稅存款的存戶不會被吸引，
但是它無法否定「特別存款的總額是增加的」代表「更多儲金」
d選項的意思就是「挖東牆補西牆、左手倒到右手」
特別存款中大量的儲金如果是由原本別的地方的儲金轉過來的話
那麼當地儲金的總額不一定會增加，也就否定了結論
總而言之，weaken的題目一定要找到proposal的目的，以及它引而推論的證據
整理出簡單的a to b 推論，再開始看選項試著將其否定
尤其weaken的題目占cr居多所以這個process一定要勤加練習，
找出最適合自己的一套判題方法。
